Origin: IGP Val de Loire – Vienne
Terroirs: A blend of 2 Vienne soils: red vclay soil (Jurassic) and sandy-clay soil over chalk and flinty tuffeau (Turonian)
Yield: 50 hl per hectare
Grape varieties: White blend with a Sauvignon base
Age of vines: Between 10 and 35 years old

Alcohol content: 13.5%.

Winemaking: Pneumatic pressing with separation of free-run and press juices. Cold static settling. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for 2 to 3 weeks.

Ageing: Minimum 6 months on lees in stainless steel vats.
