Origin: IGP Val de Loire – Vienne
Terroir : Sandy-clay soils with flint outcrops on yellow tuffeau (upper Turonian)
Yield: 42 hl per hectare.
Grape variety: 100% Pinot noir
Vine age: 25 years

Alcohol content: 13.3%.

Winemaking : After selective sorting, the grapes are 100% destemmed in a stainless steel truncated-cone tank. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3 to 5 days. In tank for 10 to 15 days with daily punching-down at the start of alcoholic fermentation. The wine is racked into oak barrels, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation.

Aging : French oak barrels for 9 to 12 months.
