Origin: IGP Val de Loire – Vienne
Terroirs: 2/3 sandy-clay soils rich in flint outcrops and small decalcified rocks (Turonian Tuffeau). 1/3 shallow, stony reddish soils (decalcified Jurassic chalk).
Yield: 36 hl per hectare.
Grape variety: 88% Sauvignon blanc, 12% Sauvignon gris
Age of vines: 10 to 50 years

Alcohol content: 13.4%.

Winemaking: Gentle pressing with separation of free-run and press juices. Cold static settling. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 2 to 3 weeks, with temperature control.

Aging: On fine lees for 9 months. Blend of 60% oak, 16% stainless steel, 12% concrete egg, 12% sandstone amphora.
