Origin: IGP Val de Loire – Vienne
Terroir : Sandy-clay soils with flint outcrops on yellow tuffeau (upper Turonian)
Grape variety: 100% Pinot noir

Alcohol content: 13.5%.

Winemaking : Complete de-stemming and selective sorting, vatting in stainless steel truncated-cone vats, cold maceration for at least 4 days, punching down of the cap during fermentation. Run-off and pressing with juice separation. Hot racking into barrels

Maturation: 100% 1, 2, and 3 year old barrels for 18 months
