Origin: IGP Val de Loire – Vienne
Terroir : very stony Jurassic groie soils and clay soils on white tuffeau
Yield: 50 hl per hectare
Grape varieties: 50% Pinot noir; 50% Cabernet Franc
Vine age: Between 10 and 35 years old

Alcohol content: 12.5%.

Vinification : Pneumatic pressing with separation of free-run and press juices. Cold static settling. Alcoholic fermentation with only free-run juice in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at low temperature for 2 to 3 weeks.

Aging: 3 months on lees in stainless steel vats.
